One key component of a successful and productive agile team is an effective Scrum Master who is responsible, committed, influential, and collaborative.  The Scrum Masters at Baier Consultants focus on making sure everyone on the team understands the project goals and scope as well as their role and responsibilities.  Our Scrum Masters protect the team from outside interruptions and clears the path of obstacles to ensure success.

Similarly, effective teams require a complete understanding of project requirements.  Our Product Owners work with the company stakeholders as a liaison to ensure the vision of the product is thoroughly understood and communicated to the technical team.
